I had an amazing time photographing little Jackson. He was a good little sleeper and you all know how much I like that!
We kept with neutrals and grays, beautiful color selections for boys. It is important for me that even though they are boys, that the primary focus be that they are babies. Neutrals and grays let us tell that story.
Accurately capturing skin tones is incredibly important to me. I am able to use the light to tell your story, and it is critical to get this right as a newborn photographer. To me, it is the difference between a picture and a piece of art.
Jackson had the cutest little fingers and toes. I enjoy taking the time to capture all of these little details that grow so fast. Many times when families come to pick up their orders they will tell me their baby has grown so much and aren’t tiny like they were in the pictures anymore because they have grown so much. They are always so thankful that they have the images from this special time to help them remember just how tiny their sweet little ones were.
We were lucky to get lots of smiles from this little guy. As a newborn photographer, smiles from my tiny clients are one of the best little gifts that I can pass on to their parents.
Jackson’s mom chose this pop of yellow to coordinate with the giraffe in the animal theme of the nursery. I have so many props in my studio, it’s a gift to be able to talk with the families and truly make these images fit perfectly into my client’s homes.
Welcome to the world, Jackson!
